Our Commitment

Keller Williams Saint Cloud is committed to ensuring that https://kwstcloudfl.com is accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA (working toward 2.2 AA) as defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities — including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. Conforming to these guidelines also helps make web content more usable for all users in general.

Current Accessibility Status

We are actively working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA (working toward 2.2 AA). Our ongoing efforts include:

  • Using semantic HTML elements so assistive technologies — such as screen readers — can correctly interpret page structure and relationships.
  • Providing text alternatives (alt text) for all meaningful images and non-text content, with decorative images marked appropriately.
  • Ensuring all interactive elements — links, buttons, and form controls — are operable via keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators that meet minimum contrast requirements.
  • Maintaining color contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and user interface components.
  • Using ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where needed to supplement the semantics of complex interactive widgets such as map-based listing search.
  • Associating all form inputs with descriptive labels and grouping related controls with fieldset/legend where appropriate.
  • Providing a visible "Skip to content" link at the top of every page so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation.
  • Respecting the prefers-reduced-motion media query to limit or remove animations for users who have indicated that preference.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full conformance, some areas of the Site may not yet fully meet the target standard. Known areas under active improvement include:

  • Interactive map: The property search map is built on third-party mapping technology. We are working with our vendor to improve keyboard and screen-reader access. As an alternative, all listings are also available in a list view at /search?view=list.
  • Third-party IDX listing content: Listing data and photos are supplied by Stellar MLS through our IDX data provider. The accessibility of content within individual listing records may vary based on the data submitted by listing brokerages.
  • PDF documents: Any PDF documents linked from the Site may not be fully accessible. We will provide accessible alternatives on request.
